General Terms & Conditions
For all supplies from Brightgreen Europe GmbH (called Brightgreen from here on) to end users (§ 13 BGB) solely apply these General Terms & Conditions (T&C). An end user is every natural person who enters into a legally binding arrangement with a purpose that can not be attributed to a commercial or self-employed professional work.
2. Contract Partners
The purchase agreement is entered into with: Brightgreen Europe GmbH, Managing Director: Dipl.-Ing. Thomas Brandner, Sedanstr. 18, 58507 Lüdenscheid, Germany. Registered at Amtsgericht Iserlohn, HRB 6906. You can contact us for customer support, questions, comments and complaints on monday till thursday between 10:00 and 16:00 and on friday between 10:00 and 14:00 by calling + 49 2351 65830 00 and also through Email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Offer and entry into contract
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue.
3.2 By clicking on the button "Buy now" you are sending a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of this order and the acceptance of this order follows immediatly afterwards automatically by email. With this email confirmation arises a binding purchase contract.
4. Right of cancellation and model withdrawal form
You can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the last good purchased.
You must inform us (Brightgreen Europe GmbH, Sedanstr. 18, 58507 Lüdenscheid, Germany, Fax: +49 (0)2351 65830 66, Email: email@example.com) on the basis of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to cancel your order. You may submit your request using this withdrawal form which isn’t mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14 days’ cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased and will also reimburse delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the above communication. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Note that you must send back the goods no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send back the goods within the deadline of 14 days. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning these goods. You may be liable if the value of the goods returned diminishes due to the handling of the goods (except when it was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods).

5. Prices and shipping costs
5.1 Quoted shipping costs contain VAT/GST and any other price components.
5.2 Shipping costs are country and weight dependent and will be quoted during the order process before placing the order.
6.1 Standard delivery is with UPS or DHL.
6.2 Standard shipping duration depends on country and region and is typically between 1 and 7 days. Product lead times are quoted with each product.
7.1 Payment can be made as bank transfer (SEPA payment preferred) in advance or through Paypal.
7.2 In case of bank transfer we will supply our full bank details in your order confirmation and we will dispatch the goods after receipt of payment.
7.3 Any due payment can only be offset with any due payments from our side if you demands have been ruled legally correct by court, are undisputed or have been accepted in writing by us.
7.4 A right to hold back goods can be exerted by you only if any claims in this regard stem from the same contractual agreement.
8. Reservation of prorietary rights
Until full payment is received all goods remain property of Brightgreen.
Once you have identified the required product you can place it into your shopping cart by clicking on the button "Add to shopping cart". You can view the content of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the button "My shopping cart". You can remove products from your shopping cart by clicking the button "X" (Remove). To purchase the products that are currently in your shopping cart click on "Go to checkout". Next you enter your data. The obligatory fields are marked with a "*". It is not obligatory to register. All of your data will be transmitted with encryption. After completing your data and the selction of delivery address and payment method you will get to the final order page where you can double check all of your data. By clicking on "Buy now" you will be completing the order process. The process can be ended at any time by closing your browser window. On each page you will be able to view additional information and options to correct any data that might be wrong.
